SHIPPING POLICY:

US & CANADA ORDERS:
Upon purchase, a shipping and handling fee may be added to each order.

Most of our products are shipped within 24 business hours. Our shipments go FedEx, so you must use a physical address – No PO Boxes. Call us if you need assistance or you want to ship outside the continental US. 1-800-645-5626

Your order will be assigned a tracking number and it can be tracked via the FedEx website at www.FedEx.com. You will be emailed a confirmation that your order has shipped along with the tracking number.

Orders placed after 2:00PM EST time will be shipped the following business day. We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday.

REFUND POLICY:

We are pleased that you chose REAAL to support your efforts in the amino revolution! Your business is important to us, and we are here to assist with any questions you may have regarding your order. Please call or email us during our normal business hours, and a representative will be able to assist you. All inquiries are answered in the order in which they are received. Requests made outside of our normal business hours are addressed as soon as possible.

REAAL’s Customer Service department can be reached by telephone at 1-800-645-5626 or via our contact form located at https://reaalmuscle.com/contact/. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time).

What can I return?
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by REAALmuscle.com within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Opened or defective items are eligible for store credit or exchange.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you on your eligibility for a refund or store credit after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card via your original method of payment or issue a store credit

Please allow 15 business days for your return to be delivered, processed, and refunded.

NOTE: Shipping costs are non­refundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Proof of Purchase:
Please note that refunds, replacements, and exchanges are only issued for products that were purchased directly through the official REAAL website (www.reaalmuscle.com).

You must be able to provide a purchase confirmation number from your order to be eligible for a refund, replacement or exchange. We will not accept returns for merchandise that was purchased from anywhere other than the official REAAL website.

Supplements:
Requests to return Supplements purchased directly through the official REAAL website for a refund, replacement or exchange must be submitted to REAAL’s Customer Service department within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, and the product cannot be more than 75% used. Please call or email Customer Service to inquire about a return or exchange. Once Customer Service has verified your merchandise is eligible, you will be issued a return label through email.

Apparel and Gear:
Requests to return REAAL apparel and gear purchased directly through the official REAAL website must be submitted to REAAL’s Customer Service department within 14 days from the date received. To be eligible for a return, replacement or exchange, apparel and gear must be unworn and unwashed with the tags still attached. Once Customer Service has determined your merchandise is eligible, you will be issued a return label through email.

Final Sale Items:
REAAL will not accept returns and/or issue refunds, replacements or exchanges for products listed as “Final Sale”:
